Led a deep internal reset to align Denise Perry with her true identity, voice, and assignment—shifting from simply “cooking” to leading a brand rooted in service, story, and authority. This became the foundation for every decision, message, and offer that followed.
Cookbook Design, Development & Publishing:
Brought Come Get Your Plate! Where Family, Food, and Faith Meet — From the Kitchen of D’LaSalle to life from concept to completion—structuring the book, crafting the narrative flow, designing the interior and cover, and guiding the full publishing process. The result: a professionally positioned, market-ready cookbook that captures 18 years of experience, culture, and connection.
Signature Product Development (All-Purpose Seasoning):
Conceptualized, branded, and launched D’LaSalle Co.’s first signature product—her All-Purpose Seasoning. From naming and positioning to packaging direction and go-to-market strategy, this product was designed not just to sell—but to live in real kitchens and become a staple at real tables.
