Membership Rules, terms, and conditions


Membership Terms

  1. Membership Revocation

      • Membership in the EXTRAordinary Executives Collective is a privilege and can be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Collective's leadership.
      • If your membership is revoked, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.



  2. Cancellation Policy:

      • You may cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel before the end of your current membership period, a pro-rated refund will not be provided.
      • However, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle following your cancellation.
      • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@iAMcsBailey.com. A confirmation response will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your request.



  3. Code of Conduct:

      • Members are expected to uphold the values and principles of the EXTRAordinary Executives Collective. This includes maintaining a positive, respectful, and collaborative attitude in all interactions.
      • Any behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or contrary to the Collective's mission and values may result in membership revocation.



  4. Confidentiality Agreement:

      • As a member of the Collective, you may have access to sensitive business strategies, personal information, and other proprietary content shared by fellow members or leadership.
      • All members are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information discussed within the Collective. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate membership revocation.



  5. Use of Membership Benefits:

      • Membership benefits, including access to resources, coaching sessions, and events, are for personal and professional use within the scope of your role as a member of the Collective.
      • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of these benefits with non-members may result in membership revocation.



  6. Payment Terms:

      • All membership fees are due according to the payment schedule selected at the time of enrollment (monthly or annually).
      • Failure to maintain up-to-date payment information or failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or revocation of membership.



  7. Changes to Terms:

      • The EXTRAordinary Executives Collective reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.



  8. Dispute Resolution:

      • Any disputes regarding membership, payments, or the enforcement of these rules and regulations will be handled through direct communication with the Collective's leadership. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to mediation.
