The collaboration began with the creation and establishment of their LLC, followed by the development of a full brand identity suite—logo, color palette, tagline, and storytelling architecture—that captured their mission of dignity, trust, and heart. We positioned Sweet Tea as more than caregivers; they are neighbors, offering personalized, family-first support grounded in compassion and community.

To expand the company’s impact, csBailey also helped create an additional revenue stream through their Southern Store—an eCommerce shop featuring herbal teas, cordless tea kettles, branded merch, and more. This not only diversified their business model but also gave families and the community tangible ways to engage with the Sweet Tea brand beyond caregiving services.
